General Information

My group is always seeking talented and dedicated PhD and thesis-based MASc students to work on practical and impactful research topics. Concordia accepts applications with three different start dates (Fall, Winter, Summer). Please refer to the application information here. I especially encourage students from under-represented groups to consider applying.

For Concordia students: If you are registered in another department within GCS, you may stay in your current department while being supervised by me. For example, if you are enrolled in the CSSE Department, you can keep your registration there — you do not need to transfer departments to join my research group.

If you are interested in joining our research group, please include the following documents and information in your email:

  • Your CV
  • Transcripts from all post-secondary institutions you have attended. Unofficial transcripts are sufficient, but they should list the courses you have completed or are currently taking.
  • Your intended start term (e.g., Fall, Winter, or Summer).
  • A brief description of your research interests and background, including:
    • Key academic or professional achievements
    • Relevant coursework and/or projects
    • Technical skills (e.g., programming languages, software tools)
  • If applicable: up to three representative publications.
  • If applicable: English Language Proficiency scores (e.g., IELTS, CAEL, TOEFL).
